Over MY Dead Body!

I was supposed to see Iron Man last weekend with my friend but the movie were fully booked (I thought so even before I queued for the tickets) so I had to take other options. Forbidden Kingdom was fulled too, and Slit-mouthed Woman was at night (I had other agendas at night so I had to pass that one too). So we bought tickets for Over Her Dead Body.

I was frustrated. I really wanted to watch Iron Man and I didn't have mood to watch romantic comedy at that time. So I was disappointed. But 15 minutes into the movie, I was laughing out loud! The movie was hilarious.

I was kinda surprised myself because I was enjoying that movie so much. I was not usually like that when I watch romantic comedy movie, but this one is really funny. Eva Longoria performance as Kate was so funny although her character did resembled a little bit like Gabrielle from Desperate Housewives. Lake Bell (you'll remember her in the TV series Surface) as Ashley was hilarious too. I think she was even funnier than Eva! Paul Rudd was just charming, Lindsay Sloane was cute and Jason Biggs was like his usual self, funny and charming.

It's kinda sad they didn't market enough this movie in this country because for me, this movie is good and fun to watch. I really recommended this movie to those who really enjoy romantic comedy movie, and also to those who didn't fancy romantic comedy movie but cannot get tickets for Iron Man (just like me ;-P).
